Clooties : A ?Clootie or Cloutie Dumpling? is a traditional Scottish dumpling made by boiling the mixture, including margarine and suet, in a cloth, cloot or clout. We have created a vegetarian clootie, with over 50% fruit and pure sunflower oil, which we bake rather than boil. Our clooties can be enjoyed hot or cold, as a snack or dessert. For added indulgence serve with cream, custard or ice cream.
